• Identifying causes of excess disability and stress in the workplace and how to reduce the impact.
• How to better support people living with dementia through communication and environment.

• Assessing your current customer experience.
• Understanding dementia, its prevalence, signs and symptoms.
• Assessing risks associated with dementia relevant to your business.
• Ways to improve the customer experience for a person living with dementia.

A 2-hour workshop, covering

• Understanding the perspective of a person living with dementia.
• The impact of the living environment on a person with dementia.
• The principles of dementia-friendly design and how to apply them.

Feel, understand and empathise with the perspective of a person living with dementia.

Identify the support needs of the person with dementia, in partnership with their carer.

Develop a dementia support plan that focuses on enabling a person living with dementia.
