Connecting Peers

Connecting Peers, our one-to-one peer support program, connects people living with dementia and carers with peer leaders who’ve been through a similar experience.

Talk to someone who gets it

No one understands like someone who’s been through it too. Connecting Peers matches people with similar experiences and interests.

  • Connect by phone or Zoom
  • Have a single call or several
  • Share your challenges and what you’ve learned

Get support, give support

You can reach out to Connecting Peers for support from a peer, or apply to become a Peer Leader and support people with needs like yours.

  • Get help from someone who knows
  • Use your experience to help others
  • Meet people who understand your journey
