DCC provides inclusive, accessible facilities and responsive activities and services that enhance and sustain community wellbeing, address social isolation and improve quality of life for our community.
DCC and its facilities are open to all members of the public from 8 am to 10 pm Monday to Sunday.
The Dougherty Community Centre (DCC) is Willoughby City Council’s largest Community Centre. The Centre has three operations areas: Venue Services, At Home with Willoughby Aged Services and Food Services. Blend Community Café is part of Food Services.
