Inner West Region Dementia Friendly Community Alliance
The Inner West Region Dementia Friendly Community Alliance was formed in 2021. Members are from a range of government and non-government providers and community members with a lived experience of dementia that have come together to form the Alliance.
We aim to make the Inner West Region more dementia friendly with an action plan developed from a broader community forum held in 2021. We are working towards awareness raising in the community, aged care sector and businesses, having input into design of the built environment, carer support programs and so much more.
