Our goal is to create a dementia friendly Moreton Bay by raising community awareness of dementia, education and networking.
We are doing this one on one by supporting people living with dementia and their carers, by hosting bimonthly networking meetings and offering free education to consumers on becoming a dementia friend and or dementia prevention.
