Young Dementia Network WA
WA
Established in 2017, the Network has been shaped by a core group of carers to facilitate:
- the sharing of information, resources, and our lived experiences
- support and help when the going gets tough
- social connection and meetups through events and other activities
Membership is free though strictly limited to people living with younger onset dementia and their primary care partner. No agency representatives, service providers or consultants. A key support worker may be considered in the case of a single person living with younger onset dementia.
We have initiated the following projects:
