This aged care mentoring program develops the skills and knowledge of staff to provide meaningful engagement for people living with dementia, in a combination of face-to-face and virtual classroom learning.

Staff learn to plan engaging activities based on the specific interests and preferences of people living with dementia, helping them feel supported and connected.

Nominated staff develop skills to become aged care mentors, helping spread their knowledge and strategies.
