Our fully funded Leadership and Practice Change programs build the dementia capability of those future leaders, your staff. Through engaging education, your staff will be empowered to promote lasting change through better care practices, improving the quality of care for people living with dementia.
Program delivery across the programs ranges from five weeks to six months, depending on the suitability for aged care workers.

Demonstrating Dementia Leadership
This six-week course equips your staff with knowledge and skills to support them in leading teams and individuals by modelling good practice and learning how to influence team performance.
- Improve team cohesion and communication
- Two units of competency from Certificate IV in Dementia Practice
- Lead dementia practice improvement
Leading Quality Dementia Care
A five-week, introductory online course, ideal for staff who have the potential to become leaders in dementia care.
- Strengthen staff confidence in their capacities
- Build trust and stress management skills
- Create opportunities for further leadership program
